yea i failed big time. i wanted the background to be like a toyko at night thing. thats why she has those coloured highlights on her. T^T instead i couldn't do it. i still hope you like it Blissy Bliss!

I still think you might be able to include a nighttime urban background for this picture. Did you try doing that and decided it didn't look as good?
It's a nice-looking character. Normally I ask whether you created the character, but you've already answered that question. Instead, I ask: does Cisa usually dress like that or was that a special request for this picture? The reason I ask is because it seems a tad skimpy of an outfit, more skimpy than I'd think a girl would be comfortable with.

oh no i actually never thought about that! Thank you ^_^ No this is her usual, outfit. Though it does seems a bit skimpy, these characters are usually based on how sexy they are. I don't see a lot of characters with a usual outfit. If you see my character she has a bit of a skimpy outfit. but i made her when i was really young so i have fallen in love with her haha. But gradually i will change her outfit as i grow up.

I just don't care for women, human or otherwise, wearing revealing attire. You might want to consider, just as a test, sketching this character wearing a simple full-length dress that doesn't try to emphasize her features.
